If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, a system will need to be shipped to a Lenovo facility. (logistics methods vary by country).

After the product has been repaired or exchanged, customers collect their PC from the repair centre.

 

Lenovo’s Sealed Battery Warranty is an extended battery warranty available with depot or on-site service and offers a single battery replacement in the event a covered battery fails to meet minimum performance standards.
