Lenovo's Advanced Exchange Service provides expedited replacement of your product should you experience problems with faulty equipment. If the issue cannot be resolved by phone, you will receive a replacement product equivalent in value and function, saving you from unexpected downtime and repair expenses. The customer is responsible for returning the defective unit in the packaging provided with the replacement unit within 15 days.
Our new post-warranty services are available in one-year increments and can be added to any base warranty. All service levels are available: next business day on site, 9x5x4, and 24/7 response time windows.
