What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit cards – Visa, MasterCard & American Express – PayPal, direct deposits, 0% interest payment plans – please call 1300 557 073 to find out how.

Should I use spaces or dashes when I enter my credit card number?

No. Enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

Does the billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?

Yes, for credit card verification, you must enter your billing address as the address where your credit card statement is sent.

My payment has been declined, what do I do now?
  • •  there are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:
  • •  the card has expired
  • •  you have reached or exceeded your credit limit
  • •  you have exceeded your daily charge limit
  • •  a technical issue

Please contact your bank. If your bank confirms that there are no issues, please call our payment team to complete the transaction.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged, once your items are shipped. If your items are shipped separately you will be charged each time a product ships. If you have purchased a nonphysical product such as warranty or software, you will be charged immediately.

How many products can I buy?

The maximum number of systems for each Online order is 5 units. Please call 1300 557 073 for assistance to place large orders . If your order exceeds the quantity limit, Lenovo reserves the right to cancel the products ordered in excess of the quantity limit.

When we ship your order, we’ll also send you an email with your official invoice. This will include our company details including our ABN, together with the total purchase amount and GST paid. If you have any questions regarding your invoice please contact the payment team.

What is the additional $1 payment to Lenovo?

We only use this to verify that your card is valid. Don’t worry we reverse this, once your order has been finalized.

Can i pay in installments?

This is possible, if you are using our 0% interest payment plan

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment department when they are submitted and our system can longer retrieve or change them.

When will my order ship?

If your item is in stock, it will ship within 48 hours of order placement. However, although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available within a week. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. If you have paid via credit card, please keep I mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Our carrier will attempt to deliver Monday to Friday during business hours. If you should not be available, the carrier will attempt two additional deliveries. If these attempts are not successful, the product will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a full refund.

Please note that it is not possible to change you delivery address once the order is processed.

Returns and cancellations
What is your Online Terms of Sale?

Without limiting your rights under law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. There may be circumstances where you may be granted a right to return the Products you have purchased, such as under your cooling-offer rights for phone sales, or for any failure of the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits those rights under law.

How do I request for a return for an item?

Please note that any authorized return must include the product and all the accessories in their original packaging, along will all documentation (i.e., invoice, RSO – Return Sales Order, and original shipping label), and must be received at the Lenovo National Return Center within 10 days of obtaining the RSO. Returns that do not follow these steps will be refused by Lenovo.

Customer assumes risk of loss and damage for packages returned without an RSO.

When will my money be returned when I’ve made a return?

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we’ll close your order. Refunds to credit cards take around 5 business days and the reversal of bank transfers usually take around 5-7 business days. Please note, these are estimates only and the actual time taken will depend on your bank’s policies and processing times.
