Delivery charges

Lenovo offers free delivery to ship to addresses in Australia.

You may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose this option, we advise that you include the name of your company in your shipping address. Please note that goods may be left with reception or your company's mail room.

Lenovo cannot deliver to a PO Box, Australian Forces Post Office, Private Mail Box or Locked Bag.

Delivery timeframes

Lenovo will assemble and ship your order normally within 8-10 calendar days from time of order. Allow an additional number of days for delivery after your order has shipped from our plant. Allow approximately 5 business days to major metropolitan areas (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne and Sydney), or up to 7 business days to other interstate address.

You can check the estimated delivery date by visiting order status. Lenovo and DHL Global Forwarding cannot provide an exact time of delivery. Our carrier cannot make a call prior to delivery.

Our carrier will require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, DHL Global Forwarding will leave a calling card. You can contact the carrier directly to schedule delivery at another time or alternatively amend your delivery address.

International shipping

Lenovo does not ship internationally. However, online shopping is available around the world, and we are pleased to accept orders from within the final destination country. To locate product and service offerings in your country, please choose your country.

Check order status

You can check the status of your order at any time by signing-in to My account with your Lenovo ID, or specify your order number (10 digits length) and email address you used at the time of order. You will see your order information including one of the following order statuses:

Submitted: We have received your order and are processing it. If you need to cancel or change items in your order, read the cancelling order section. Your credit card payment has not been processed.
Processing: Your order has been forwarded to our plant and cannot be changed. We will send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
Invoiced: We have shipped your order and has processed payment if you pay by credit card. You can track your shipment from Order Status the morning after shipment.
Order cancelled by customer request: Your order has been cancelled at your request.

Track package delivery

Upon shipping your ordered item(s) Lenovo will send you a shipment notification email. You can then login to order status the next morning to track your delivery. Click on the tracking number to view status of your delivery from the courier's website.

You may receive separate shipments if your order contains multiple items.

All shipments require signature on delivery.
